Physical Description		Noufen is a small, heavily-built Tellarite woman who, by her species' standards, is relatively short and light for a female. There is something sturdy about her frame that hints at fragility. She has longish blonde hair, usually kept in two tight braids that fall almost to her shoulders on either side of her head. Unlike many Tellarites, Noufen has no tusks, giving her face a somewhat less intimidating appearance than her temperament suggests.

Sarcasm is her default response to most situations, particularly when dealing with people who take themselves too seriously. She is silver-tongued, quick-witted, and entirely comfortable arguing with anyone aboard Eventide--regardless of rank--when she believes they are being foolish, unreasonable, or simply wasting her time. She rarely raises her voice; she has little need to when she can dismantle someone's argument with a few carefully chosen words. Beneath the sarcasm is a practical and fundamentally fair-minded woman who expects people to do their jobs and has little patience for excuses.

She enlisted in Starfleet relatively young, initially drawn by the promise of seeing places far beyond Tellar Prime and by the sheer variety of work available aboard a starship. Her aptitude for logistics quickly became apparent, and she found herself gravitating toward supply, inventory, and resource management. Noufen discovered that she had a particular talent for getting what was needed from people who often claimed they had nothing to spare, whether through negotiation, persistence, or making it quite clear that arguing with her would be extraordinarily prohibitive instead of simply giving her what she requested. Over the years, she served aboard several vessels and installations, building a reputation as a thoroughly competent quartermaster who could keep crews supplied even under difficult circumstances.
